Hana Brands is seeking a Franchise Development Manager to identify and engage potential franchisees for its growing network. You will lead recruitment strategies, conduct market research, and build relationships across bilingual channels in Spanish and English.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills to drive qualified candidate flow and support franchise growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field and/or 4+ years in sales, recruitment, or business development.
• Proven ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies.
• Proficiency with CRM software and digital marketing tools.
• Self-motivated with a track record of hitting goals.
• Knowledge of franchise law is a plus.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber franchise candidates across channels.
• Screen and interview candidates for qualifications, financial capability, and fit.
• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline using technology to track interactions.
• Provide information on franchising process, investment requirements, and support systems in English and Spanish.
• Organize franchise expos, seminars, and webinars to promote the brand.
• Collaborate with marketing to create recruitment materials highlighting benefits of joining the network.
• Work with Franchise leadership to refine recruitment criteria based on market trends and needs.
• Prepare and present recruitment activity reports to Franchise leadership.
