Job summary

Hana Brands in Irving, TX seeks a Franchise Development Manager to identify and recruit franchisees, conduct discovery calls, and present investment information in English and Spanish. Fluency in both languages is required to engage a diverse candidate pool and ensure compliant recruitment materials.

You will develop recruiting strategies, manage the pipeline, and coordinate with Marketing and Legal for bilingual collateral, expos, and seminars. Hybrid work and travel are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years in sales, recruitment, or business development preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies.
• Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract franchise candidates.
• Conduct screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and financial readiness.
• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and track interactions.
• Provide information on franchising process and investment requirements in English and Spanish.
• Foster relationships with candidates and coordinate in-person/virtual engagements.
• Organize franchise expos, seminars, and webinars to promote the brand.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create bilingual recruitment materials.
• Work with Franchise leadership to refine criteria and processes based on market trends.
• Prepare reports on recruitment activities and outcomes for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with franchising laws and regulations.
• Conduct discovery calls and follow-ups with Spanish-speaking candidates in Spanish.
• Review and explain materials in both languages with legal on disclosures.
