Stratus Building Solutions is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Franchise Business Consultant to join our team. Fluency in both languages is required for this position, combining franchise development, office administration, customer service, and operational support.

This full-time role is primarily in-office with local travel for inspections and onboarding as needed and occasional after-hours support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-focused, comfortable with sales, and

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required and fluent in both languages.
• Experience in administration, operations, customer service, sales, account management, or franchise support preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Comfortable presenting, building relationships, and participating in a consultative sales process.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct franchise opportunity presentations and assist with onboarding and closing for new Unit Franchise Owners.
• Build trusted relationships and provide ongoing business support and coaching.
• Support onboarding, required documentation, training, insurance compliance, renewals, and records.
• Serve as a primary contact for the regional office, handle calls, visitors, and inquiries.
• Identify and sell additional service opportunities to existing clients.
