Job summary

Blackwell Miami Inc. is seeking a bilingual Client Relations Manager based in our Miami office, with regular travel across South Florida. You will own customer relationships with fleet owners and managers, ensuring top service and ongoing engagement.

This is a relationship-focused role, not driven by a sales quota. You will spend part of your week in the office and part on the road visiting customers from the Treasure Coast through the Keys and across to the Gulf Coast, building trust and

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
• At least 3 years in client relations, account management or another customer-facing role
• Valid driver's license and a reliable car

Responsibilities

• Stay in regular contact with fleet customers in person
• Reach out to new fleet operators and introduce what we do
• Listen closely, note what customers need, and pass it on to the team
• Work with management to fix relationships that need attention
• Show up for the company at customer locations and industry events
