The role involves building trust with fleet owners and managers and visiting customers from the Treasure Coast to the Keys, with time split between the Miami office and field visits. You will nurture relationships, drive repeat business, and help keep customers aligned with our partner approach.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written.
• 3+ years in client relations, account management or customer-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Regular visits and check-ins with fleet customers.
• Introduce yourself and the company to new fleet owners and managers.
• Listen to feedback, spot unhappy areas, and bring it back to the team.
• Represent us at customer sites and industry events.
• Follow up to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
