Job summary

Blackwell Miami Inc. is seeking a bilingual Client Relations Manager based in our Miami office, with regular travel across South Florida. You will own customer relationships with fleet owners and managers, ensuring top service and ongoing engagement.

YOUR ROLE

We're hiring a bilingual Client Relations Manager to own our customer relationships. You'll get to know fleet owners and managers, earn their confidence, and give them every reason to stay with us. This is a relationship role, not a sales quota. Part of your week is at our Miami office, and part is on the road seeing customers from the Treasure Coast through the Keys and across to the Gulf Coast.

ABOUT YOU

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, both spoken and written (part of the interview is in Spanish)
• At least 3 years in client relations, account management or another customer-facing role
• Easy to talk to, and people trust you
• Patient and composed when a customer is upset
• Organized, and you always follow through
• Background in auto, fleet, dealerships or logistics is a bonus
• Valid driver's license and a reliable car of your own
