Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within financial services.
• Ability to cross-sell products and services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfort with in-person and phone interactions.

Responsibilities

• Interview members in person and by phone to identify needs and explain services and policies.
• Counsel members on money management and lending options.
• Process lending functions including HELOC and business lending.
• Build and manage a book of business and a proactive pipeline.
• Open new accounts and explain options and documentation.
• Cross-sell electronic services and assist with enrollment and e-statements.
• Stay informed on policy updates and local/national banking and lending trends.
