Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer skills and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and requesting the business.
• Conduct daily high-volume outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and arranging payment plans.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications and tax preparation.
• Process payments and document all activity in company systems.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with policies and regulations.
• Handle cash and complete bank deposits.
• Follow company procedures and complete required training.
• Provide excellent customer service across sales, collections, tax services, and branch operations.
