World Finance is hiring a Financial Services Representative in Mission, Texas. This full-time role handles loan applications, tax services, and customer payments in a fast-paced, phone-driven environment.

Bilingual English/Spanish required to assist a diverse client base and cross-sell financial products. You will conduct outbound outreach, manage delinquent accounts, prepare tax returns, and provide clear explanations of terms and services to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation in a high-volume environment.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and arranging payment plans.
• Contact approved and former borrowers to drive loan volume and cross-sell services.
• Prepare individual tax returns, gather documentation, and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax services, payments, and account questions.
• Process payments, account updates, and tax documents; log activity in systems.
