Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.

• Basic computer skills and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Drive loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Outbound calls for collections, follow-ups, tax services, and new business generation in a high-volume setting.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and arranging payments.
• Contact approved, pending, and former borrowers to drive loan volume and upsell financial products.
• Prepare individual tax returns, review documentation, and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications and tax preparation services.
• Process payments and updates, and document activity in company systems.
• Maintain accurate records, including tax paperwork and denial letters.
• Handle cash and complete bank deposits.
• Follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Complete training and meet performance expectations for sales and collections.
