Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and requesting the business.
• Conduct substantial outbound outreach for collections, follow-up, tax services, and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting arrangements.
• Contact approved, pending, and former borrowers to drive loan volume and cross-sell products.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax prep, payments, and issues.
• Process payments, account updates, and document activity in company systems.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with policies and regulations.
• Handle cash and balance deposits; complete bank runs as required.
• Follow policies/procedures and complete required training.
