Responsibilities include processing accounts, loans, and teller duties while balancing cash and meeting branch goals. In-house and on-the-job training are provided; COVID-19 vaccination is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English/Spanish.
• Minimum 2+ years experience in customer service with direct/indirect selling.
• Minimum 2+ years in the financial industry with progressive responsibility.
• Bondable.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members in a professional and positive manner.
• Provide excellent customer service while processing account services.
• Assess member needs and recommend products and services.
• Process loan applications and obtain reports from credit reporting agencies.
• Function as a teller as needed.
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer, checks, and money orders within policy limits.
• Achieve personal and branch monthly goals.
• Follow regulatory and policy compliance requirements and credit union procedures.
