Job summary

Maps Credit Union, located in Oregon, seeks a bilingual English/Spanish Financial Services Officer who is driven, collaborative, and an exceptional communicator. The role focuses on engaging members, providing excellent service, and guiding customers to suitable financial products.

Responsibilities include processing accounts, loans, and teller duties while balancing cash and meeting branch goals. In-house and on-the-job training are provided; COVID-19 vaccination is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English/Spanish.
• Minimum 2+ years experience in customer service with direct/indirect selling.
• Minimum 2+ years in the financial industry with progressive responsibility.
• Bondable.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination preferred.

Responsibilities

Qualified candidates will be bilingual in English/Spanish and have the highest level of ethical behavior. A minimum of 2+ years experience in customer service, including direct and indirect selling roles is required. A minimum of 2+ years in the financial industry with progressive responsibility is preferred. Must be bondable.

Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is preferred.

Starting Pay Range: $21.98 - $24.42 per hour, depending on experience. Opportunities to earn monthly incentives. Additionally, bilingual positions receive a .50 cent per hour pay differential.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, with availability to work rotating Saturdays.
