Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage bank accounts, perform bank reconciliations, and verify incoming payments.
• Manage cash and various payment methods (checks, credit cards).
• Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP): reconcile sales, debt collections, process invoices, register vendors, and execute payments.
• Assist with monthly closing and consolidated financial reporting; prepare documents for tax filings.
• Audit & Administrative Support: assist audit processes and respond to government inquiries; handle internal inquiries.
