Ascend Staffing seeks a Bilingual Field Trainer in Texas to train staff in English and Spanish, both virtually and in person. The role requires significant travel to branch locations (up to 75%) and a full-time, remote-capable work arrangement from a home in Texas.

You''ll develop materials, manage LMS courses, and support onboarding and ongoing employee development across multiple sites. Strong communication, organizational skills, and tech proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Reside in Texas and work remotely.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable presenting to groups.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Able to quickly learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Lead virtual and in-person training sessions in English and Spanish.
• Travel to branch locations for hands-on training and onboarding.
• Learn and become SME in company software and processes.
• Develop and update training materials and guides.
• Create and manage LMS courses and modules.
• Independently lead virtual training and support company-wide programs.
• Respond to training questions and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with departments to deliver effective training.
• Support new software implementations and best practices.
• Monitor training effectiveness and identify gaps.
