This entry-level role requires travel up to 75%, strong public speaking, organizational and computer skills, and collaboration with multiple departments to implement new processes.

You will develop and deliver LMS modules and virtual trainings, helping colleagues grow their skills and performance.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Analytical and organized with good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to branch locations to train internal staff.
• Conduct new-hire trainings.
• Be a subject matter expert on software programs.
• Create and manage LMS modules.
• Develop and deliver virtual trainings independently.
• Collaborate with support/operations teams on training.
• Handle training helpdesk tickets.
• Travel up to 75% of the time.
• Regular and reliable on-site attendance expected.
