Job summary

Dexterra is seeking a Recruiter (Bilingual English/Spanish) for a 3-month contract in Dallas, TX. The role covers full-cycle recruitment across hospitality, general labour, and trades within a remote services division, with support from Recruitment & Logistics.

The position offers hybrid/remote work and path to full-time employment. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates, collaborate with HR and hiring managers, and maintain ATS records using Smart Recruiters.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in industrial or hospitality sectors.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Ability to source, screen, and interview candidates end-to-end.
• Experience with ATS or recruitment software.

Responsibilities

• Screen qualified candidates through resume review and phone screen.
• Coordinate recruitment planning with hiring managers.
• Determine sourcing channels for postings and advise on hard-to-fill roles.
• Create candidate pipeline for future needs.
• Develop and use interview questions for hourly field-based roles.
• Coordinate offer letters with HR and finalize details.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding documents and times.
• Lead new hire orientations.
• Participate in recruitment information sessions and career fairs.
• Maintain recruitment tracking using ATS (Smart Recruiters).
