Job summary

CEC FACILITIES LLC is seeking a bilingual recruiter to focus on sourcing, recruiting, and hiring skilled field employees including electricians and apprentices. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

You will manage full cycle recruiting for field roles, source candidates across job boards and networks, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Experience with ATS and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (B.A./B.S.); Master’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years recruiting experience, ideally in construction/electrical trades or hands-on electrical experience pivoting to recruiting.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for field positions including electricians, apprentices, and skilled labor.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, community outreach, trade schools, and industry networks.
• Conduct candidate screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions with hiring managers.
• Build relationships with field employees, hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand staffing needs.
• Attend job fairs and workforce programs to promote career opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Partner with HR to support onboarding, orientations, and workforce integration.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment regulations during recruitment processes.
• Maintain records in ATS and provide hiring reports as needed.
• Perform other duties to support projects, operations, and the department.
