Job summary

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, source candidates through multiple channels, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring decisions with hiring managers while ensuring compliance and maintaining ATS

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in the construction, electrical, skill trades industry
• Bachelor's degree in related field; master's preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and previous ATS experience
• Must be bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish (both oral and written)

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for field positions including electricians, apprentices, and skilled labor
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, community outreach, trade schools, and industry networks
• Conduct candidate screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions with hiring managers
• Build strong relationships with field employees, hiring managers, and key stakeholders to understand staffing needs
• Attend job fairs, community events, and workforce programs to promote career opportunities
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs
• Partner with HR to support onboarding, new hire orientations, and workforce integration
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations during recruitment processes
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide hiring reports as needed
• Performs other duties as needed to support projects, operations, and the department
