Responsibilities

Manage full cycle recruiting for field positions, including electricians and apprentices.
Source candidates via job boards, referrals, community outreach and networks.
Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions.
Build relationships with field employees, hiring managers and stakeholders.
Attend job fairs and workforce programs to promote opportunities.
Develop a pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
Support onboarding and new hire orientations with HR.
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations in recruitment.
Maintain ATS records and provide hiring reports as needed.
Perform other duties to support projects and operations.
