Responsibilities

• Installs new or modified equipment at the customer's facility per specifications.
• Reviews performance reports and inspects equipment to identify problems.
• Analyzes findings and recommends repair, replacement, or corrective action.
• Coordinates resolution with engineering and service teams to expedite repairs.
• Provides on-site technical assistance to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Maintains records of performance reports and service activities.
• Develops training and service bulletins from investigations and engineering changes.
• Acts as a communication link between customer and company for effective service.
• Travel up to 95% including after hours and weekends.
