Job summary

FUJIFILM Dimatix Inc. seeks a Field Service position based in West Lebanon, NH, with frequent travel. You will service and install equipment at customer sites, diagnose issues, and support customers on operations and maintenance of system equipment.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Excel/Word. Travel 25%–75% domestically and abroad. A two-year technical degree is preferred, with a high school diploma as a baseline.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of basic wiring, mechanical workings and electronics.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and travel as needed.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret instructions and manuals.
• Willingness to travel domestically and abroad as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide field service and customer support during site visits and print trials.
• Travel to customer sites for installation, repair, maintenance and testing.
• Diagnose technical issues and implement solutions.
• Create and modify graphics for customer samples.
• Perform testing of customized inkjet systems in lab environments.
• Prepare timely, detailed service reports.
• Work with customers, engineers and senior technicians.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
