Job summary

MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a bilingual Service Delivery Manager to oversee day-to-day Make Ready and Maintenance services across an assigned portfolio of apartment communities. The role requires managing schedules, contractors, and client expectations with a focus on safety and quality.

This field-based position offers a 10% annual bonus, full-time hours, and daily onsite presence with travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Service Operations Experience: 5+ years in high-volume, transactional service environment.
• Field leadership with onsite delivery oversight.
• Customer-focused with commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Make Ready, Repair & Maintenance and select construction services across assigned properties.
• Ensure work completed on time, meets quality standards, and aligns with client expectations.
• Build and manage daily schedules using the work order system.
• Source, select, and dispatch qualified independent contractors.
• Conduct daily site visits to verify status, quality and safety.
• Maintain communication with clients and contractors regarding job details and progress.
• Close out work orders to support timely contractor payment and client billing.
