Job summary

MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a bilingual Service Delivery Manager to oversee daily Make Ready, repair and maintenance activities across a portfolio of apartment communities. You will manage field operations, contractors, and client communications to ensure service quality and on-time delivery.

You will lead schedules, source qualified contractors, and ensure safety and compliance while driving key KPIs and client satisfaction in a field-based, daily onsite role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing services in a high-volume, transactional environment.
• Proven experience directing independent contractors and managing onsite service delivery.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Strong commitment to service excellence and client satisfaction.
• Able to manage multiple priorities, analyze issues, and implement solutions.
• Comfortable working directly with onsite decision-makers and field partners.
• Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Experience with CRM and work order management platforms; Salesforce preferred.
• Experience sourcing and onboarding service contractors.
• High school diploma or GED; associate degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Make Ready, Repair & Maintenance, and select construction services.
• Ensure work is completed on time and to quality standards.
• Build and manage daily schedules using the designated work order system.
• Source, select, and dispatch qualified independent contractors.
• Conduct daily site visits to confirm job status and compliance.
• Maintain communication with clients and contractors regarding progress.
• Close out work orders for timely payments and accurate billing.
• Coordinate follow-up repairs and return visits as needed.
• Escalate service issues and collaborate with leadership when required.
• Strive to achieve KPIs such as go-back rates and client retention.
