MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a bilingual Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to lead day-to-day Make Ready and Repair & Maintenance for a portfolio of apartment communities. You will oversee field operations, manage independent contractors, ensure safety and quality, and serve as the primary client contact for service delivery.

This field-based role requires travel within the assigned territory, coordinating schedules, monitoring progress, and maintaining strong relationships with onsite

Qualifications

• Service Operations Experience: 5+ years managing services in a high-volume, transactional environment.
• Field Leadership: Directing independent contractors and onsite service delivery.
• Language Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Customer-Focused: Commitment to service excellence and client satisfaction.
• Organized & Analytical: Manage multiple priorities and analyze issues.
• Relationship Builder: Work with onsite decision-makers and field partners.
• Problem-Solver: Calm under pressure and adaptable to change.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM and work-order platforms; Salesforce preferred.
• Subcontractor Recruiting: Experience sourcing and onboarding contractors.
• Education: High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Make Ready, Repair & Maintenance across assigned apartment communities.
• Source, select, and dispatch qualified independent contractors.
• Manage daily schedules and ensure work is completed on time and to standard.
• Maintain communication with clients and contractors on job details and progress.
• Ensure safety standards and quality at all sites.
• Coordinate follow-up repairs and return visits as needed.
• Build strong relationships with onsite property teams and clients.
• Meet service delivery KPIs and manage escalations with leadership.
