Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Make Ready, Repair & Maintenance and select construction services.
• Ensure work is completed on time and meets quality standards.
• Manage daily schedules and dispatch qualified contractors.
• Conduct site visits and maintain client and contractor communications.
• Close out work orders and support contractor payments and billing.
• Coordinate follow-up repairs and escalations with leadership as needed.
• Maintain safety standards and monitor performance metrics.
