MultiPro Property Solutions seeks a bilingual Service Delivery Manager to oversee daily Make Ready, Repair & Maintenance and site operations across assigned apartment communities. You will manage field teams, contractors, and client communications to ensure on-time, high-quality service delivery.

The role requires travel within the territory, strict safety standards, and a focus on KPIs like turnover, app usage, and client retention.

Qualifications

• Service operations experience in a high-volume, transactional environment.
• Field leadership with on-site service delivery management.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Make Ready, Repair & Maintenance and selected construction services across communities.
• Ensure work is completed on time and meets quality standards for clients.
• Manage daily schedules and dispatch qualified independent contractors.
• Maintain communication with clients and contractors on status and issues.
• Close work orders and support timely contractor payments and accurate billing.
• Escalate service risks and drive process improvements.
