Job summary

MultiPro Property Solutions seeks a bilingual Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex multi-family renovations and make-ready projects. You’ll oversee 25–40 active projects, manage schedules, budgets, and safety, and coordinate with owners’ reps, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality and on-time completion.

The field-based role requires daily onsite presence with ~90% travel within the market and 75% on-site at client locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of PM experience on high-volume complex construction projects.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects from planning to closeout.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, concrete.
• Experience managing subcontractor networks across trades.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, estimating, scheduling, and WIP management.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects from initiation to closeout.
• Manage a high-volume portfolio (25–40 ongoing projects) and turnovers.
• Enforce safety programs and compliance with OSHA and related codes.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, WIP, and progress payments.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams for delivery.
• Maintain regular stakeholder communications with clients and managers.
