Job summary

ARS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Specialty Sales Representative to drive brand awareness and product adoption within the Miami to Fort Myers territory, engaging prescribers, pharmacists, hospital staff, administrators, nurses, and office personnel with compliant education.

This field-based role focuses on executing territory strategies, building relationships, and expanding adoption across assigned accounts while collaborating with internal teams to support access and patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 2+ years of field-based sales or customer-facing experience; pharmaceutical/healthcare preferred.
• Strong preference for English and Spanish bilingual candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead territory performance by developing and executing focused territory and account plans.
• Deliver clear, balanced, and compliant product education through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Build strong professional relationships with prescribers, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Establish credibility as a trusted, reliable resource through consistent follow-through.
• Proactively identify opportunities to influence behavior and expand product use.
• Learn and navigate payer and access dynamics with internal teams.
• Demonstrate initiative and resilience in evolving situations.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and ensure compliance with policies.
