Job summary

AT&T Field Sales Representatives bring customized, white glove experiences directly in the customer’s home. Earn uncapped commissions with top performers reaching six figures; new reps earn between $61,400 and $100,000 including salary and commission opportunities.

You’ll visit customers on scheduled appointments in Florida, perform hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments and tech delivery, and close sales while representing AT&T’s latest technology.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—company vehicle provided for official business use only
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Employment contingent upon successful background check (drug screen, criminal history, MVR)
