Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences in customers’ homes. Earn uncapped commissions with top earners reaching $100,000. Starting pay ranges from $61,800 to $100,000 depending on geography and experience.

Responsibilities include in-home visits, hands-on demos, wifi assessments, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales goals. Training is provided and a company vehicle is available for official use.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communications skills.
• Proficient in upselling techniques to increase customer value.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for official business use.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments in customers' homes.
• Close deals with hands-on demos, wifi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Maintain relationships with customers and drive sales targets in a field environment.
• Attend training and work with warm prospects provided by AT&T.
