Job summary

System One is seeking a Bilingual Field Recruiter in Houston to own recruiting for field operations. This hybrid role after training involves community-based sourcing, job fairs, and partnerships with trade schools to build pipelines for high-volume field positions.

You will partner with HR and operations, recruit for landscape laborers, technicians, crew leaders, and other field roles, and manage candidate pipelines and onboarding support as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, or high-volume hiring experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication required.
• Experience with ATS, job boards, social media recruiting, and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for high-volume field positions across landscape operations.
• Build and maintain active pipelines of qualified candidates.
• Conduct proactive, community-based recruiting in local areas.
• Attend job fairs, events, and workforce programs.
• Develop relationships with trade schools and workforce organizations.
• Coordinate interviews and screens with hiring managers.
• Track recruiting activity and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
