Job summary

Pine Lake Companies is hiring a bilingual Recruiter & Field Operations Trainer to support our growing commercial landscape operations across Central Florida. This hands-on, field-facing role focuses on high-volume recruiting and hands-on training across job sites to reinforce safety standards and performance expectations.

The role requires traveling between job sites, partnering with operations leadership, and strengthening Pine Lake’s culture and workforce practices.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Experience recruiting labor crews in landscaping, construction, agriculture, or similar.
• Experience working directly with field-based or hourly workforces.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently between job sites.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in outdoor and job site environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for landscape crew laborers (seasonal and year-round).
• Source, screen, interview, and hire candidates aligned with operational needs.
• Coordinate hiring timelines to ensure crews are fully staffed during peak seasons.
• Maintain accurate hiring, onboarding, and workforce records.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Travel regularly between job sites to train employees on standards, safety, and performance.
• Support supervisors and foremen with people-related needs.
• Serve as a point of contact for crew members regarding onboarding and employment questions.
• Support positive employee relations across multiple locations and help improve engagement.
