SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Bilingual Field Recruiter based in Detroit, MI to act as a brand representative for frontline hires. You will own the staffing strategy for the site, run high-volume job fairs, and coordinate hiring while partnering with Operations and HR leaders.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple events and sites. Travel may be required to meet regional staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree not required; associate degree or 6 months to 1 year related experience
• Valid driver's license may be required
• Bilingual in Spanish is a key requirement

Responsibilities

• Partner with Ops and HR to address staffing needs
• Own frontline recruiting strategy for designated site/region
• Run high-volume job fairs, interview, and extend offers
• Conduct backgrounds and drug tests where applicable
• Travel to support regional staffing levels
