Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a bilingual Field Recruiter to represent the brand on the frontlines, driving staffing at the site level and coordinating job fairs. The candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and based in Detroit, MI, with travel to support multiple active sites in the state.

The role partners with Operations and HR leadership to maintain staffing pipelines and deliver a world-class hiring experience at the site level.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or six months to one-year related experience (or equivalent).
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• No supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Ops and HR to address staffing needs.
• Own the frontline recruiting strategy of the assigned site/region.
• Run high-volume job fairs, interviewing and extending offers.
• Run backgrounds and drug tests where applicable.
• Travel as needed to ensure regional staffing support is met.
