Job summary

Muller, Inc. is seeking a Field Recruiter to lead on-site recruiting for skilled trades and construction in Reston, VA. The role requires 3+ years in construction or industrial recruiting and bilingual Spanish/English communication.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, participate in local events, and collaborate with field operations and HR to meet staffing timelines. The position offers a competitive salary with annual bonus, health benefits, 401K, and a proactive, growth-oriented team

Qualifications

Preferred four-year college degree in Human Resources or business-related field.
At minimum 3 years of experience in full cycle recruitment.
High-volume recruiting experience in Trades, Construction, and/or Professional Recruiting.
Experience developing recruitment strategies to impact time to fill and quality of hire.
Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.

Responsibilities

Field Recruiting (Skilled Trades, Construction) on-site with travel; not remote.
Source and connect with hourly trades talent via job boards, referrals, events, and networks.
Build pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill field roles.
Screen candidates for skills, experience, and fit.
Partner with Field Teams to understand staffing needs and timelines.
Attend job fairs, trade schools and local events; run hiring events.
Manage candidate experience and ensure timely communication through hiring and onboarding.
Keep applicant tracking and HR systems updated; track time-to-fill and hiring results.
Support onboarding and early retention; work with HR/ops to ensure smooth starts.
