The ideal candidate can handle 15+ requisitions, uses Boolean search to fill niche roles, and is fluent in English and Russian.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has hired construction resources including Tower Technicians, Civil Ground Crews, Construction Field Managers, Construction Project Managers.
• Bilingual in Russian/English.
• Has sourced skilled labor roles.
• Comfortable carrying 15+ req load with priorities which shift weekly.
• Strong sourcer who can share examples of using creative approaches to fill niche roles; expert with Boolean searching.
• Skilled using Facebook postings and Craigslist for specialized roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
