You will work with the Operations Manager and Team Leaders to drive performance, recruiting, training and retention.

Qualifications

• Speaks fluent English and Spanish.
• Has at least 5 years of experience directly supervising or managing frontline employees and teams.
• Hands-on people-management experience beyond recruiting or HR administration.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage field employee and team performance.
• Coach, develop and hold employees accountable.
• Recruit, hire and train frontline staff.
• Staffing and retention; resolve day-to-day operational issues.
