Job summary

Molly Maid of Plano, Rockwall & Rowlett is seeking a Bilingual Field Operations Manager to lead and develop our field workforce in a hands-on management role. You will supervise frontline teams, ensure staffing, and uphold high customer service standards.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, 5+ years of frontline supervision, and strong coaching and data skills. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays and room for career growth.

Qualifications

• Speaks fluent English and Spanish.
• Minimum 5 years supervising frontline employees.
• Hands-on people management experience - not just recruiting or HR admin.
• Confident coaching and performance management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and Word; comfortable with data.
• Organized, dependable and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• Enjoys developing people and building teams.
• Experience in frontline service environments is helpful but not essential.
• Recruiting/HR experience is valuable but does not replace frontline management experience.

Bilingual Field Operations Manager

Are you a bilingual manager with substantial experience supervising or managing frontline employees and teams?

Molly Maid of Plano, Rockwall & Rowlett is looking for an outstanding Bilingual Field Operations Manager (English/Spanish) to join our growing management team.

This is a hands‑on management position responsible for helping lead and develop our field workforce, ensuring our teams are properly staffed, supported and performing to the high standards our customers expect.

Compensation & Benefits

Target annual compensation: approximately $58,000.

High performers can earn approximately $63,000-$68,000 annually by exceeding established performance targets.

Compensation includes a guaranteed base of $18 per hour plus a substantial performance incentive, based on clearly defined and measurable performance targets. Performance incentives are calculated and paid monthly.

About The Role

As our Bilingual Field Operations Manager, you will play a key role in building and managing a successful field workforce.

You will work closely with our Operations Manager and Team Leaders, with responsibility for areas including:

• Field employee and team performance
• Quality and customer service
• Coaching, development and employee accountability
• Recruiting, hiring and training
• Staffing and employee retention
• Resolving day‑to‑day employee and operational issues

This is a people‑management and operations role, not simply a recruiting position.

Requirements

• Speaks fluent English and Spanish
• Has at least 5 years of experience directly supervising or managing frontline employees and teams
• Has genuine hands‑on people‑management experience - not simply recruiting, staffing or HR administration
• Is confident coaching people, managing performance and holding employees accountable
• Has strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word, and comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
• Is organized, dependable and comfortable in a fast‑moving environment
• Enjoys developing people and building successful teams

Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, restaurants, retail, home services or another frontline service environment is helpful, but not essential.

Recruiting, staffing or HR experience is valuable as an additional skill but does not replace the required frontline management experience.
