Job summary

Flagger Force seeks an Area Supervisor to lead field operations across the Florida territory. You will oversee safety, service quality, and client relationships while coaching field crews through regular site visits and performance management.

The role requires daily travel within Miami-Dade and Broward counties. You will partner with clients, DOT representatives, and internal departments to ensure high-quality service delivery and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required.
• Must hold all required Department of Transportation qualifications for assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license as per company standards.
• Experience leading field employees and coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day field operations and personnel.
• Travel daily to job sites within Miami-Dade/Broward counties.
• Maintain strong client relationships and coordinate with DOT reps and municipalities.
• Oversee pre-construction planning, meetings, and reporting.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development.
