Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs preferred.
• ASE Certification required or strongly preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Process phone and online orders, invoice, pick and stage parts for delivery.
• Direct delivery specialists to ensure timely order deliveries.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and inspected daily.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists and Territory Managers for service excellence.
• Verify billing of product/merchandise, warranties and cores.
• Coordinate returns and credits for cores and warranty claims.
• Assist at front and retail counters and with backroom duties.
