Job summary

NeueHealth is seeking an Associate People Business Partner to support day-to-day HR activities and foster a positive employee experience across multiple clinics in Florida. This field role is the People Team representative, guiding employee relations, engagement, onboarding, and workforce development with frontline leaders.

You will travel to assigned clinics, collaborate with recruiting and operations, and help implement People programs that drive organizational success while upholding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2–4 years HR experience, preferably in a multi-site field model.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary People Team resource for assigned clinics and leaders, building trusted relationships.
• Conduct routine visits to clinics to support employee relations and engagement initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to identify people-related challenges and provide guidance on performance and attendance issues.
• Assist with onboarding, integration, and orientation for new clinic employees and leaders.
• Support staffing strategies and workforce planning across clinic locations.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations matters with appropriate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
