NeueHealth in Florida is seeking an Associate People Business Partner to partner with clinic leaders and employees, delivering HR guidance and supporting employee relations across Miami/Doral, Clermont, and Orlando.

This field role requires building trusted relationships, planning workforce needs, and helping develop teams while aligning with People strategies and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years HR experience required; healthcare setting preferred.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or progress toward certification preferred.
• Experience supporting employee relations and performance management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary People Team resource for clinics and leaders.
• Conduct visits to clinic locations to support employee relations and engagement.
• Guide leaders on HR policies, attendance, performance, and workforce effectiveness.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and integration of new clinic staff.
• Promote a culture of engagement, inclusion, and well-being across locations.
• Address questions on HR policies, benefits, and leave administration.
• Monitor engagement trends and provide leadership with insights.
• Assist with organizational changes like mergers and expansions.
• Partner with recruiting and People Operations on staffing and retention.
• Assist investigations and resolve employee relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Analyze workforce metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
