Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Senior AMS Field Enablement Activation Partner (Bilingual Spanish) to accelerate sales enablement in the Americas. You will translate field insights into action, activate global programs, and measure impact across regions while partnering with sales leaders and cross-functional teams.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required. The role requires 10+ years of experience, enterprise sales expertise, and the ability to travel across the Americas to support field activation

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required for training and stakeholder communication.
• 7+ years in quota-carrying enterprise sales roles.
• Experience delivering instructor-led training and enablement programs.
• Sales methodology certifications (e.g., MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Challenger).
• Experience teaching value-based selling and messaging frameworks.
• Total professional experience of 10+ years.
• Experience supporting field enablement or sales operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary field activation partner for sales leaders across the Americas.
• Facilitate instructor-led training, leadership sessions, workshops, onboarding programs, and field activations in English and Spanish.
• Drive adoption of global enablement programs by translating them into practical field experiences.
• Identify business priorities, performance gaps, and enablement needs with sales leaders.
• Deliver enablement initiatives to improve seller productivity and ramp time.
• Coach on sales methodologies, value messaging, and best practices.
• Collaborate with enablement partners to align strategies and programs.
• Measure adoption, learner engagement, and business impact; refine approaches accordingly.
• Travel throughout the Americas to support field teams and build regional relationships.
