Job summary

The Village for Families and Children in Manchester, CT is seeking a Quality Parenting Centers Specialist to provide structured family visits and support services for children and families in coordination with DCF and community partners.

You will conduct weekly family visits, develop treatment plans, and manage documentation and reporting to ensure compliant service delivery. BA/BS in social services is required, with options for related credentials and experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in social work, sociology, psychology or related human service program.
• An Associate's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience can be accepted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide Quality Parenting Center family visits and coordination with DCF.
• Conduct weekly family visits and support bio-family and substitute caregivers.
• Provide case management and mental health services to children and families.
• Complete clinical documentation and reports as required by policies and funding sources.
• Collaborate with community organizations to deliver comprehensive services.
