Job summary

BakerRipley seeks a Family Support Partner to assist families in the Capital Area Child Care Services program, handling inquiries, reviewing documents, and guiding families through eligibility and placements.

Strong communication, organizational skills, and experience with case management systems are essential. A Bachelor’s degree is required; bilingual English-Spanish preferred. Position offers hybrid work after initial on-site training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in roles supporting families.
• Experience with KinderTrack, IssueTrak, and DocuWare or similar systems.
• Proficient in Office 365 applications and Teams.
• Bilingual English–Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone and email inquiries related to eligibility and program requirements.
• Review documentation and maintain accurate case records across systems.
• Assist families through eligibility period and processing transfers or changes.
• Enter and update case information in KinderTrack and other required systems.
• Collaborate with team to balance caseloads and ensure timely service delivery.
