Job summary

CAPSLO is seeking a Family Services Specialist to recruit children, verify eligibility, orient parents to services, and connect families with community resources. The role works with the Area Manager and Family Child Care Coordinator to maintain health records and ensure timely service delivery.

Ideal candidates have an AA/AS or BA/BS in related fields, 1 year of casework experience, and fluency in two languages.

Qualifications

• Fluent in two or more languages; one must support program/community needs.
• Experience in client casework or case management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and enroll children into the program.
• Verify eligibility and orient parents to services (Health, Nutrition, Education, Disabilities, Mental Health).
• Refer families to community resources and maintain health records.
• Collaborate with Content experts and Area Manager/Center Supervisor to meet timelines.
• Plan and support local parent meetings and coordinate guest speakers.
• Maintain documentation of services to families and children; assist with reports.
