Job summary

Crittenton Center is seeking a Family Support Professional to provide parenting education and supportive services to families in home visitation, group sessions, and virtual formats. The role requires a bilingual candidate (Spanish and English) and a collaborative approach with educators and child-care providers.

You will coordinate resources, assist families to access Medicaid and Hawk-I, maintain confidential records, and participate in supervision and trainings.

Qualifications

• Requires bilingual (Spanish and English) communication skills.
• Experience with family services or social work preferred.
• Candidate should be able to collaborate with educators, childcare providers and community resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide parenting education and supportive services to families in home visitation, group settings, and virtual formats.
• Develop knowledge of community resources and facilitate access (Medicaid/Hawk‑I and other insurance).
• Document and complete required data collection and maintain confidentiality in line with ethics.
