Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a compassionate Family Coordinator in Sandy Springs, GA to serve as the main contact for families throughout onboarding and service delivery. You will help families navigate the intake and service processes, stay connected with internal teams, and ensure families feel supported and heard.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for families throughout onboarding and service process.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and caregivers.
• Regularly communicate with families regarding case status, scheduling, and updates.
• Guide new families through onboarding and ensure required information is complete.
• Coordinate with Intake, Clinical, Staffing, Credentialing, Billing, and Case Management to move cases forward.
• Follow up on outstanding items that may delay services.
• Respond to family questions, concerns, and requests promptly.
• Escalate concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Proactively check in with families to identify issues early.
• Support families during staffing changes or service transitions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of family communication and case updates.
• Track assigned cases and follow up to ensure next steps.
