Qualifications

• Experience in ABA, behavioral health, healthcare, customer service, case coordination, or family services preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA services and insurance-funded care a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication with attention to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for families during onboarding and service.
• Build trusting relationships with parents and caregivers.
• Regularly update families on case status, next steps, and scheduling.
• Guide new families through onboarding and required documentation.
• Coordinate with Intake, Clinical, Staffing, Billing, and Case Management teams.
• Escalate concerns to appropriate teams when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of family communications and progress.
• Collaborate across departments to improve the family experience.
